Who we are

Kennedy Window Washing LLC is a family-owned residential window cleaning business based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes generated on our website are based on the information you provide (square footage, number of windows, service options). Your quoted price is locked in once you book, provided the home and job match what you described. If conditions on site materially differ (for example, significantly more windows, heavily stained glass, or access that requires additional equipment), we will discuss any price change with you before beginning work.

Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us at the phone or email below.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.
• If weather or safety concerns prevent us from working (for example, high winds or ice), we will contact you to reschedule at no cost.
• If no one is home and we cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, we may charge a trip fee or ask to reschedule.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is due once service is complete. We send a digital invoice by email and SMS (if you have opted in) with a link to pay online via Stripe. Invoices not paid within the stated grace period are considered overdue and may accrue reasonable collection costs. We accept the payment methods supported by Stripe.

Streak-free guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 48 hours of service. We will come back and redo the affected windows at no charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover damage caused by weather, pets, construction, or events that occur after we leave.

Access and safety

By scheduling service, you authorize our team to access the exterior of your home, including yards and walkways, for the duration of the appointment. You agree to:

• Let us know about pets, security systems, or hazards ahead of time
• Clear a reasonable path to the windows we will service
• Tell us about any windows, screens, or fixtures that are fragile, damaged, or that you do not want us to touch

We carry liability insurance. In the event we cause damage due to our negligence, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim related to a service we performed is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not warrant that our website will be available without interruption or error.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at volume, or use it to harass anyone. Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Kennedy Window Washing LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS, the terms of our SMS Messaging Policy apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
