SMS Messaging Policy

How you opt in

After you request a quote, you are taken to a booking page where you can pick an appointment time. On that page, before confirming your booking, you may check a box that reads:

Text me appointment reminders and my payment link. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Checking this box is the only way you are enrolled in SMS. We never subscribe you automatically, and we never buy, rent, or share phone lists. Your consent is stored alongside your booking record.

What messages you will receive

All messages are transactional — tied to an appointment you booked with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. You may receive:

  • A booking confirmation once your appointment is scheduled
  • A reminder roughly 24 hours before your appointment
  • An "on the way" notice when our team is heading to you
  • A service-complete message with your invoice and payment link
  • A receipt when your payment is processed
  • An overdue-invoice reminder if an unpaid invoice becomes past due

Frequency and cost

You will typically receive fewer than 10 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Kennedy Window Washing does not charge you to receive these messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will stop sending SMS to that number. You may still receive an email or a phone call about your appointment.

Privacy of your phone number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. We share it only with the service providers we use to deliver your messages (for example, our SMS carrier) and to schedule your appointment. See our Privacy Policy for details.
