We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, and service your home:

• Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
• Quote and booking details: square footage, number of windows, service options you select, and appointment time.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Communications: any messages you send us through our contact form, email, phone, or SMS.
• Basic technical data: pages visited on our site, referring source, and device/browser information, used to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use your information

• To give you a quote and schedule your appointment
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, invoices, and receipts
• To respond to questions and support requests
• To process payments and collect amounts owed
• To keep records required by law (e.g., for tax and accounting)
• To improve our website, pricing, and service quality

SMS text messages

We only send SMS messages to customers who affirmatively opt in by checking the consent box on our booking page. All messages are transactional (booking confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, invoices, payment receipts, and overdue-invoice reminders). We do not send marketing SMS. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only for that purpose:

• Our scheduling provider (Cal.com) for booking your appointment
• Our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver text messages you opted in to
• Our email provider to send appointment and invoice emails
• Our payment processor (Stripe) to collect payment
• Our hosting and database provider to run this site
• Our accountant, insurer, or legal counsel if needed

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

How long we keep your information

We keep customer records for as long as needed to service your account, honor our streak-free guarantee, and meet legal or tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your records at any time using the contact details below; we will delete what we are not required to retain.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text
• Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email, or email us
• Request a copy or deletion of your information: email or call us using the contact below

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
